有一個好理由說明不要用它來做trafsfection mixer:this machine serves up-down “micro” mixing. Yet, after well-vortex, it suggests you to do a centrifugation step, to bring down everything back to the bottom. Without this step, some HD/DNA mix may adhere on the wall of microplate.所以,辛苦一點,在eppendorff內做調配DNA/HD的動作吧!謹勉之。
