(按我下載Pathway book v1)。這是由三項microarray 分析結果而得到的結果, including (1) 40對T/N病人檢體; (2) (娟與夏的)AC, NNK, NIC-treated DOK cells; (3) 劉柯的 4NQO/AC-mouse. (按我下載 40TN_DOK_4NQO_Combo v1)。   下面開始說故事: 40TN的array結果經由江博的11SVA校正過batch effect後，把重復probe留下hybridization signal p value較低的那一個，因此每個基因只有一筆資料。這時的data稱為unique，n=16938。從unique中再去掉所有p > 0.05的gene，剩下的data稱為unique p < 0.05，n=12420。針對這12420個基因，每個基因都有一個average T/N，是由平均40對檢體T/N而來的，以倍數(fold)表示，大於二倍以上差異的有2508。 (frozen) 江博另外以Cox regression和病人資料作分析，T的部份與 recurrence有關的基因，p < 0.05者共有1947個。(frozen) 江博另外以Cox regression和病人資料作分析，T的部份與 survival有關的基因，p < 0.05者共有1366個。(frozen) 4NQO mouse model，以Illumina […]
