Progress Report1. 探討oral cancer cell lines中MMP-2以及MMP-9與DDR1之間的關係a) 透過Western blot發現在oral cancer cell lines中,MMP-2 protein的表現與DDR1間較有關聯,MMP-9則無b) 利用Zymography偵測MMP-2以及MMP-9的活性則發現,在oral cancer cell lines中,以MMP-9的活性較為明顯,MMP-2則無–>以後如果要做深入的研究會以MMP-2方向進行,因與DDR1關聯性較高 2. 研究台灣oral cancer cell lines中的FGFR3-TACC3 gene fusiona) 透過PCR analysis可在C8以及C9 oral cancer cell lines中發現確實有FGFR3-TACC3的gene fusion情況b) 透過DNA sequencing可定出在C8及C9中FGFR3-TACC3在genomic DNA level上的breakpoint site–>之後希望選出一對適合的primer在gDNA上能順利work,再去偵測clinical sample的gDNA中有沒有FGFR3-TACC3 gene fusion的情形

        根據今天刊登在「科學」雜誌（Science）的研究報告，日本京都大學研究團隊利用iPS的技術成功將母鼠取出的幹細胞，誘導成卵子，再進行體外受精後植入代理孕母老鼠，並成功生下健康子鼠，並能繁殖下一代。連同他們之前的研究：從公鼠身上取出幹細胞，利用iPS的技術誘導成精子，未來八十歲的老爺爺老奶奶想生小孩可能不是夢想了!iPS真的是太神奇了～ 新聞稿      science report

cBIO cBIO database is one browser of Cancer Genome Anatomy Projects (CGAP).This project is supported by NIH and NCI that 20 cancer types will analyse with Copy-number (Array-CGH), mRNA expression (RNA-seq), mutation (NGS), and DNA methylation status between clinical tumor samples and adjust normal tissues.
