有一個問題要問你們, sperm DNA是去掉什麼樣的non-specific binding?是Ab和chromatin間嗎?Ab和chromatin是藉由Ab-Ag之結合,和一般protien Co-IP很像，沒聽說過要用sperm DNA去掉non-specific binding呀?
