1.為了補強DDR1 paper的圖表,重新做了shAXL, shDDR1, shEGFR, shFGFR3的實驗,發現它們對OSCC細胞的生長抑制作用(WST-1 assay)有程度上的差異,其中DDR1在48h對細胞的抑制平均而言可達三成左右。
2.取OEC-M1為cell model,證實Glivec可以降低DDR1 auto-phosphorylation之程度。
3.Collagen type IV處理的HOK及TW2.6細胞中,可見及DDR1表現量增加,其餘細胞的相關實驗則由小夏幫忙檢測中。
