cBIO database is one browser of Cancer Genome Anatomy Projects (CGAP).
This project is supported by NIH and NCI that 20 cancer types will analyse with Copy-number (Array-CGH), mRNA expression (RNA-seq), mutation (NGS), and DNA methylation status between clinical tumor samples and adjust normal tissues.
Now, there are 7 type of cancers that have finished this project and can search with whole results.
In other 13 cancers, new data will update monthly but only with CGH and mRNA expression.
It can be use as an independent clinical cohort in our project and wish it may useful in everyone studies.
