1. 探討oral cancer cell lines中MMP-2以及MMP-9與DDR1之間的關係
a) 透過Western blot發現在oral cancer cell lines中,MMP-2 protein的表現與DDR1間較有關聯,MMP-9則無
b) 利用Zymography偵測MMP-2以及MMP-9的活性則發現,在oral cancer cell lines中,以MMP-9的活性較為明顯,MMP-2則無
–>以後如果要做深入的研究會以MMP-2方向進行,因與DDR1關聯性較高
2. 研究台灣oral cancer cell lines中的FGFR3-TACC3 gene fusion
a) 透過PCR analysis可在C8以及C9 oral cancer cell lines中發現確實有FGFR3-TACC3的gene fusion情況
b) 透過DNA sequencing可定出在C8及C9中FGFR3-TACC3在genomic DNA level上的breakpoint site
–>之後希望選出一對適合的primer在gDNA上能順利work,再去偵測clinical sample的gDNA中有沒有FGFR3-TACC3 gene fusion的情形
