(from groups.google.com/News Dashboard) (treasureCollection) 未來城市@天下 <– 連結 三支利箭推升台灣的精準醫療 衛福部指出,台灣在精準醫療所射的第一支箭是99年通過《人體生物資料管理條例》,第二支箭是101年中研院成立台灣人體生物資料庫(Taiwan Biobank)。台灣人體生物資料庫依據不同遺傳氏族在臺灣地區居住分佈的特性,並針對本土常見疾病(如高血壓、糖尿病、癌症等)進行長期追蹤研究。在研究設計上採取世代研究、病例對照研究與藥物基因體研究等多重方法。世代研究將募集20萬名一般民眾及10萬名常見的10~15種疾病患者一同參與,收集參與者的健康情形、醫藥史、生活環境資訊與生物檢體、健康變化情形與治療狀況。截至108年10月底,台灣人體生物資料庫累計的參與總數超過12萬,透過這些參與總數幫助我們提升醫療品質。
