1. 利用pooled shDDR1 clones探討DDR1對於OSCC cells的影響,結果發現抑制DDR1表達造成OSCC cells數目降低及細胞凋亡數目增加,而p-SHC、p-SHP2、p-MAPK、CDK1及bcl2為參與DDR1 pro-survival 路徑的重要分子。 2. 比較一系列DDR1 inhibitors (Imatinib、Dasatinib及Nilotinib )對於OSCC cells生長的影響,其中Dasatinib對於OSCC cells的生長抑制效果顯著,但其為廣效型抑制劑,相較之下對DDR1專一性較差,因此,之後實驗仍會著重於Imatinib及Nilotinib當作DDR1抑制劑,觀察對於OSCC cells生長的影響。 3. 利用HOK探討collagens是否會增加DDR1及collagens的protein及mRNA level表達,結果發現collagen typeIV扮演重要角色。
